MEXICO…AND IT HAS DEGENERATED INTO A BROAD AREA OF LOW PRESSURE.
THE LOW IS MOVING SLOWLY TOWARD THE NORTHWEST AND IS STILL
ACCOMPANIED BY DISORGANIZED CLOUDINESS AND THUNDERSTORMS. THE LOW
